RESTAURANT
The cuisine of the Kabaj restaurant is a "modernised" Brda cuisine, intertwined with other elements and ingredients of the Mediterranean. The taste of the food comes first and foremost, the key to which is the quality, fresh and authentic ingredients of local origin. A daily tasting menu is available, which is mainly adapted to the season, and this is where the creativity of the cuisine comes from.

In keeping with the family tradition of wine-growing, the guests are offered a wine accompaniment of their wines with the dishes: from white to red varieties.

ROOMS
In addition to the restaurant and the winery, the Kabaj Estate also rents out rooms with views of the vineyards of Brda. The accommodation includes 6 double rooms. The rooms are large, spacious and sunny. They are furnished with wood in pastel, warm colours combined with metal. They allow guests to relax in the hospitality of the hosts, pampering themselves with peace, nature and excellent gastronomy.

The estate is also a starting point for long walks and explorations of the natural and cultural features of Goriška Brda.

WINE MAKING
On the Kabaj estate in Šlovrenec, not far from Dobrovo, a farm with a long wine-growing tradition stands among the vineyards. Kabaj wines represent their place and, above all, their family. The wines are made from grapes grown on heavy, properly cultivated land and demonstrate a philosophy of production that puts nature at its heart.
All the wines are aged for at least a year in French barrels and then bottled for several months to refine their flavour.

A special feature of the wine house is the production of wine in kvevri, amphorae, which were brought from the ancestral home of wine, Georgia.
