In 1880, in one of the most beautiful Renaissance castles in the Goriška region, the Dobrovo Castle, Silverij de Baguer started to archive and produce Brda wines. Count de Baguer brought Brda the most modern wine-making technology of the time, as well as all the necessary wine-making know-how, which gave Brda a new impetus. In 2018, the Brda winery started renovating the de Baguer wine cellar, which has been restored to its original role. It is now home to wines that are among the very top in quality and appeal to wine lovers in the highest price brackets. The de Baguer cellar holds de Baguer, Single vineyard and A plus wines, which are aged in French and Italian barriques and wooden egg-shaped barrels, and the cellar also produces classic sparkling wines. You are invited to two different tastings where you will taste boutique wines of the highest quality, which are a tribute to the territory of Brda.
