BIZJAK HOMESTEAD

The Bizjak Homestead is situated in the east of Goriška Brda, at the foot of Sabotin, at an altitude of 260 m. Today's farm is the result of hard, planned work, honest and sincere business, and above all, respect for nature and love for the land and wine. Today, the whole family lives and works on the Bizjak farm - the owner Vojko, his wife Patricija and their sons Jakob and Gregor.

The white varieties, which make up half of the vineyard's production, include Rebula, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Muscat and Pinot Blanc, while the red varieties are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Refosco.
In addition to the varietal wines, rosé is produced, and they are proud of their two house sparkling wines, Grganja and Fani. Guided tours of the cellar and wine tasting are available by prior arrangement. The sales programme also includes a wide range of fruit throughout the year - cherries, apricots, figs, khakis and kiwis, which can be bought seasonally from their farm.
