VONJ POLETJA (THE SCENT OF SUMMER)

The Vonj poletja (Scent of Summer) is a farm growing, producing and processing organic herbs and olives. They pay particular attention to herbs such as lavender, rose of the damask family, rosemary, balm, lavender, curry plant, bay, sage and peppermint. They are extremely proud of their Damask rose plantation, the essence of which is extremely popular in cosmetics. They focused on herbs, which are part of our culture, tradition and, of course, the nature of our surroundings. These herbs are used for cosmetics, teas, syrups, jams, liqueurs and decorative products. In their shop you can buy everything from hydrolates, soaps, essential oils and decorative products to teas, jams, syrups, liqueurs and spirits. Everything is made on the farm from organically grown herbs.

The farm offers tastings of its own liqueurs, brandies and other delicacies. The tasting can also be held in the "brajda". In May, June and July, you can visit the lavender and rose plantations in bloom, and you are also invited to the lavender harvest. During the cherry season, you can also pick your own cherries. The farm also offers various workshops to introduce people to herbs and show them how to create natural cosmetic products or how to use herbs for their own benefit, without harming nature. They offer tonics, soaps, lip balm, after-shave lotions and lavender wreaths. Workshops and activities are also tailored to pupils, schoolchildren and students. They offer opportunities for teambuilding, group visits, individual visits for families, hikers, etc... Anyone who wants to learn more about this piece of heaven on Earth.
