Edi Simčič Wines

In 1989, our family decided to combine all the love, knowledge and traditions of previous generations into a story of vines, wine and the people behind them. From an initial 3,000 bottles, we have grown into a medium-sized boutique winery and today fill around 60,000 bottles.

Goriška brda, with its unique location between the sea and the Alps, allows us to make wines that present themselves as uncompromising in the most natural way possible.

In addition to the white and red wines, which we have carefully nurtured over the years for their identity and expressiveness, we have developed from the unique vineyards in the villages of Kozana and Fojana wines under the Single Vineyard line, named after the locations and vineyard names in question. The search for the best blend between man and nature is only just beginning here, and it is here that the third generation of the Simčič family truly finds its signature. At the same time, it is a great commitment to the future, to its development and to the search for ever new challenges that nature dictates to us.
