Try your hand at Brda cuisine at culinary workshops.

Cook like a Brda women and try your hand at traditional Brda dishes. Learn how to make a typical “frtalja” or “toč” with salami and polenta. Socialise with the Brda people in the kitchen and forge new bonds, while taking with you a wealth of traditional knowledge that has been passed down from generation to generation.

The workshops are suitable for everyone. The number of visitors is limited. Prior reservations are obligatory for this experience.
