Parish Church of St. Nicholas, Gornje Cerovo

For a virtual step back in time, visit the Church of St. Nicholas that stands on the site where the Castle of the Knights of Cerovo once stood. It was given its present appearance in 1754, with its baroque pilasters, wreaths and altar, and its full appearance after it was rebuilt after being damaged in World War I. The two marble side altars are based on Venetian designs.
