Olive oil tasting by a member of the sensory evaluation panel of the Brda. It is aimed at individuals and groups. Through a guided tasting session, the guest learns how to taste and identify good oil, and learns about possible mistakes. Also suitable for children.

Cooking workshops in the spirit and tradition of Brda cuisine: local dishes, polenta and cake, apple cake. Cooking of seasonal and traditional Brda dishes under the guidance of an experienced chef.
